Psychology and Counselling (Adult)
Sometimes life comes with amazing experiences, but it can also comes with a lot of challenges. Many of these challenges are outside our control. Unkind thoughts transport us to negative places, where anxiety, depression, and feeling overwhelmed can take control. Our main objective is to help you feel like yourself as soon as possible.
People usually seek out therapy when they are having a tough time managing it alone. It’s one of those things we often initially resist, trying to figure it out on our own. We understanding taking the first step is difficult. This is why we work hard to make sure you feel comfortable and understood with a therapist who is easy to talk to.
Psychology and Counselling (Couples)
Couples counseling offers a safe, confidential space for partners to navigate relationship challenges and strengthen their bond. Whether facing communication issues, conflict, or life transitions, a trained therapist provides guidance and support to help couples explore their feelings, improve understanding, and develop healthier patterns. Through effective strategies and open dialogue, couples can rebuild trust, enhance intimacy, and foster a deeper connection, empowering them to create a more fulfilling and harmonious relationship together.
Psychology and Counselling (Pediatric)
Pediatric counseling provides a safe and supportive space for children and adolescents to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Tailored to their developmental stage, this therapeutic approach helps address a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Through play, art, and conversation, counselors foster emotional resilience, coping skills, and healthy communication. By empowering young individuals to express themselves and develop self-awareness, pediatric counseling supports their overall mental health and well-being, guiding them towards a brighter future.
Low-Cost Counselling (Adult, Couples & Pediatric)
Our master’s level student therapists are selected via rigorous selection process and all clinical work is supervised by an experienced Registered Psychologist to ensure the highest quality of support for clients. The supervising Psychologist will work very closely with the students to oversee best evidence-based practices and care for both the client and student.
Each session will be video recorded and sent to the supervisor for review. There will be additional consent to ensure each client is comfortable with their session being recorded for training purposes.
Our student therapists can support perinatal and general populations. Each client will complete two free initial screening processes to ensure goodness of fit. The first brief phone screening is with administrative staff at the time of booking and the second screening process is via phone or telehealth with the student therapist, to ensure the presenting concerns are within the scope of what the student can support. The screening processes will also ensure the clients’ therapeutic needs match the modalities offered by the student. There will be referral options available if the client and student are not a fit.
Please Note: Insurance companies do NOT cover the fees of our student therapists. Sliding scale is available if additional financial support is required and can be discussed at the first initial free session.
Physiotherapy (Adult/General)
Feel empowered to make the changes that will result in a better life for you and your family. Our physiotherapists work in various therapeutic realms from helping achieve gross motor and early developmental milestones for young ones to improving overall physical health and pelvic floor abilities. It's not only pregnant individuals and new moms who may experience pelvic dysfunction. All individuals across the life spectrum can benefit from restoring optimum function to their bodies. Your treatment will consist of the most appropriate combination of education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, acupuncture and electrophysical modalities.
Your body was designed to work perfectly: to be in full control of your bladder, to keep your organs in their correct positions and to be pain free.
Whether or not you’ve had children, whether your deliveries were vaginal or surgical, whether you’ve been struggling for a few weeks or for several years – your body can return to its perfect, healthy and functional state. Physiotherapy, and specifically pelvic floor physiotherapy, can help you get there.
We believe in “family centered care” and that rehab continues in the home as well. We will work with parents and caregivers so they can continue doing rehab in their home to further help their child grow and reach their full potential.

Acupuncture (Adult/General)
Acupuncture therapy is an effective, safe, gentle & drug free treatment for a wide variety of health conditions. Acupuncture is a complementary therapy that originated in China and has been around for over 2,500 years.
Acupuncture is a healing technique used to balance the flow of energy, also known as chi, or qi. Qi is thought to flow through pathways in your body. The goal of acupuncture treatment is to remove energy blockages and balance your energy flow, which helps to regulate your emotional, mental, and physical health. Acupuncture stimulates specific points along these pathways using thin, solid metal needles to penetrate the skin. Acupuncture needles have a round edge so they don’t cut the skin. Stimulating these places on the body influences your nerves, muscles, and connective tissue.
Acupuncture therapy treats a broad spectrum of health issues, utilizing the body’s own natural healing by helping to re-balance the body and relieve pain through adjustments to the body’s energy system. It is a safe, effective, and drug free treatment option for your health and wellness.
Acupuncture (Pediatric)
Pediatric acupuncture is a gentle, holistic treatment that uses fine, sterile needles to stimulate specific points on a child's body, promoting balance and healing. Tailored to meet the unique needs of children, this safe and non-invasive therapy can help address a variety of issues, including anxiety, chronic pain, digestive disorders, and sleep disturbances. By fostering relaxation and supporting overall well-being, pediatric acupuncture empowers kids to feel better naturally, encouraging a sense of calm and improved health in a nurturing environment.
Speech Therapy (Adult)
Speech-language pathologists or SLPs are involved in the prevention, identification, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders. Through personalized assessments and targeted exercises, speech therapists address adult issues like articulation, fluency, voice, and cognitive-communication skills. This supportive therapy not only enhances verbal expression but also boosts confidence and social interaction, enabling adults to effectively communicate in their personal and professional lives. With a compassionate approach, adult speech therapy empowers individuals to reclaim their voice and engage more fully with the world around them.
Speech Therapy (Pediatric)
Pediatric speech therapy supports children in developing essential communication skills through personalized assessments and engaging activities. This therapy addresses a range of challenges, including speech delays, articulation issues, language comprehension, and social communication difficulties. By using play-based techniques and fun exercises, speech therapists help kids build confidence and express themselves effectively. With a focus on individual needs, pediatric speech therapy empowers children to enhance their verbal skills, foster meaningful connections, and thrive in their social and educational environments.

Nutrition (Adult, Pediatric & Families)
What if nutrition didn’t have to be so complicated? What if food could be enjoyed and used to nourish your body instead of being a source of stress? Our passion as Registered Dietitians is to partner with you to help you discover what your own definition of health is, without judgment and the influence of societal norms.
We offer one-on-one nutrition therapy to ensure that your individual needs are met, as we appreciate that health isn’t a one size fits all approach. Tailored group sessions and workplace wellness initiatives are also available upon request.
